Process

Fitting to pickup.

Four steps, about eight weeks, and a jacket nobody else has.

  1. 01

    Fitting

    Come try our sizing samples in store. Bring a hoodie you'd normally wear underneath — these run large on purpose, and we want it right.

  2. 02

    Deco

    Name, surname, varsity letter, school, activity patch, sleeve letters. We lay out every placement with you before anything is cut.

  3. 03

    Payment

    Pay in full to start production. Price depends on how you decorate it, so we'll quote you once the layout is set.

  4. 04

    Pickup

    Around 8 weeks later, we'll call you. Plan for up to 3 extra weeks from mid-October through March.

What comes on a standard jacket?

Personalized name on the front left chest, surname on the leather collar, varsity letter sewn on the front right chest, high school name across the upper back, main activity patch on the middle back, 'VARSITY' lettering on the lower back, and 4 letters on the sleeves.

How much does a varsity jacket cost?

They're custom made-to-order award jackets, so the price depends on how you decorate it. Come in or call and we'll price out your exact layout. Payment is in full up front to start production.

How long does it take?

Each jacket is built from scratch, so plan on about 8 weeks. From mid-October through March we're in the busy season — add up to 3 weeks on top of that, so order early if it's for a specific date.

How does sizing work?

We keep sizing samples at the store for you to try on. Bring a comfortable hoodie you'd typically wear so we can size you accurately.

These aren't fitted jackets — heavy wool and leather runs a little larger than your usual size, and most people wear them over a sweatshirt in cooler weather. Get whatever feels best; comfort and confidence matter more than the number.

What should I bring to my order appointment?

Your varsity letter, a sweatshirt for sizing, and a payment method for the full amount.

I already have a jacket but need sleeve letters.

You can order individual chenille patches from us. We don't do alterations once a jacket is made, but we'll make the patches for you to bring to a local alteration shop to have sewn on.

What do I do with my varsity pin?

Gold chenille pins — varsity pins or sports pins — are awarded for recognized varsity-level performance, and there's one for virtually every activity.

They attach to the wool layer of the byron collar, or to the varsity letter on the chest.
