How do I order a varsity jacket?
Varsity jacket orders are handled in store. When you come in, we will fit you with the correct size jacket. Further information can be found here.
Should I bring anything for varsity jacket orders?
If you have not received a varsity letter, we can order one for you. Otherwise, a varsity letter, a sweatshirt for sizing, and a payment option for the 50% deposit is all you will need!

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Custom mask minimum order: 50
Custom screen print order minimum: 12
Custom heat transfer order minimum: 12
Custom sublimation order minimum: none
Custom embroidery order minimum: none
Can have multiple items ship to separate addresses within the same order or do I need to place each item in its own separate order?
Yes! The best way to do this is to create a document or spreadsheet with each recipient's name, shipping address, gift note, and the item you want to send them. Then, email us at email@example.com and we'll make it easy for you to check out and pay in one easy step!
How fast is shipping?
We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days. Packages will typically take 1-5 days from there to reach their destination. We also have local pickup & courier delivery options - email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
My package hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your gift to the address you provide to us within 1-2 business days. We mail via UPS, USPS, and FEDEX which means your gift should arrive 1-5 days after we put it in the mail, depending on the destination zip code. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally shipping services experiences delays, especially around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays. Can I have my business card or a special handwritten card placed inside an order?
Definitely! We love to help you add a personal touch to your apparel, and there is no fee for making this happen. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss how this works.
Hey, where's my size?
Re-orders of current items generally do not occur. But as new items come in, the site will be updated! It is important to note that apparel is also being purchased in the storefront so what is listed is what is available.
