How much will a varsity jacket cost?
Varsity jackets are custom made-to-order award jackets. Prices vary per order according to how you decorate!

How long will it take for my varsity jacket to be made?
Our varsity jackets are created from scratch to meet your specific needs. Made with an authentic melton wool body and set-in genuine leather sleeves, these hefty jackets will typically require around 8 weeks to be made.
Production times during the holiday season (lasting from mid-October through March) will add up to 3 weeks, so make sure to plan accordingly!
All jackets are proudly made in the USA.
What will the varsity jacket include?
A standard jacket will include:
- Personalized name on front left chest
- Surname on leather collar
- Varsity letter sew-on front right chest
- High School name on upper back
- Main activity patch on middle back
- 'VARSITY' lettering on lower back
- 4 letters on sleeves
How does sizing work?
We have sizing samples at our store that you will try on to decide what best suits you! Please bring a comfortable hoodie that you would typically wear so that we can size you accurately in store.
What if I already have a jacket but need letters for my sleeves?
You can place an order for individual chenille patches. We do not do alterations once a jacket is made but we can make individual patches for you to take to a nearby alteration place to have them sewn on separately.
Should I bring anything for varsity jacket orders?
Your varsity letter, a sweatshirt for sizing, and a payment method for full payment.
What do I do with the varsity pin I received?
Gold chenille pins, also known as varsity pins or sports pins, are awarded to students whose high performance is recognized on a varsity-level sports team. There is a varsity pin for virtually every activity, serving as a sign of athletic achievement as well as membership to an exclusive group of athletes.
Chenille pins can be attached to the wool layer of the byron collar or to the varsity letter on the right or left chest of a jacket.
What size should I order my jacket?
Varsity jackets are not your typical fitted jacket - they are heavy wool/leather jackets that will run a little larger than your average size. Since they normally worn on cooler days or in the winter with a sweatshirt underneath, it is important to make sure that your size will fit you with warmer clothes. Feel free to get whatever feels best - the most important thing is that you are comfortable and confident in the way the jacket looks and feels on you!
