How much will a varsity jacket cost?
Varsity jackets are custom made-to-order award jackets. Prices vary per order according to how you decorate!

How long will it take for my varsity jacket to be made?
**IMPORTANT NOTICE (updated April 5, 2022): due to ongoing complications from COVID-19 affecting supply chain, production, and shipping, delivery dates may extend longer than our regular production time. For accurate lead times, please contact our store where we will provide a closer estimate.**
Our varsity jackets are created from scratch to meet your specific needs. Made with an authentic melton wool body and set-in genuine leather sleeves, these hefty jackets will typically require around 6 weeks to be made.
Production times during the holiday season (lasting from November 1 through the first business day of January) will take a longer 8-9 weeks, so make sure to plan accordingly!
All jackets are proudly made in the USA.
What will the varsity jacket include?
A standard jacket will include:
- Personalized name on front left chest
- Surname on leather collar
- Varsity letter sew-on front right chest
- High School name on upper back
- Main activity patch on middle back
- 'VARSITY' lettering on lower back
- 4 chenille letters on sleeves
- extra decoration = $5/letter or number; $15-$25/4" activity patch
How does sizing work?
Jacket sizes come in Men's and Women's. All sizes are adjustable - sleeve and body lengths may be shortened or lengthened accordingly. Stop by our store for free jacket fittings to find your perfect match!
- 2XL = additional $15
- 3XL = additional $20
- Big & Tall sizes are an additional $15
- Any lengthening adjustments made to the sleeves or body are an additional $10
What if I already have a jacket but need letters for my sleeves?
You can place an order for individual chenille patches.
Should I bring anything for varsity jacket orders?
Your varsity letter, a sweatshirt for sizing, and a payment option for the 50% deposit is all you will need!
What do I do with the varsity pin I received?
Gold chenille pins, also known as varsity pins or sports pins, are awarded to students whose high performance is recognized on a varsity-level sports team. There is a varsity pin for virtually every activity, serving as a sign of athletic achievement as well as membership to an exclusive group of athletes.
Chenille pins are traditionally attached to the wool layer of the byron collar or to the varsity letter on the right or left chest of a jacket.
What size should I order my jacket?
Varsity jackets are typically ordered a size up so they can be worn with a sweater or thicker hoodie underneath. However, fit criteria is subjective and everyone likes different things. Feel free to get whatever fit feels best - the most important thing is that you are comfortable and confident in the way the jacket looks and feels on you!
